Indiantown Marina, Florida

We were able to leave the Roland Martin Marina early on Thursday morning. Although gale force winds had been predicted for that day, we woke to much calmer winds than had been predicted so we decided to cross Lake Okeechobee.  It was a bit bumpy in places but the crossing was pretty uneventful.

On the road again…

We are off on a new adventure. We left on on the 6th and headed for Pennsylvania for a short visit with family and now we are on the way to Florida to take possesion of our new “toy”.

This morning we packed all our “stuff” into the truck and left the snowy north! As you can see, it is a darn good thing that we have a truck. We brought everything but the kitchen sink.
