Welcome to day 362 of 365 photos.. I did not take a photo today for a number of reasons that we won’t go into and I struggled to find something to post. I decided to go back though photos to find something to post. Can you believe that I made it all the way to last February when we were in Florida before finding something that I wanted to post!!
These raccoons just seemed to fit the bill. We were on an airboat ride through the Everglades and the boat stopped at an island. We weren’t there even a minute when the raccoons started toward the boat through the mangrove roots. They were everywhere. As you might have guessed by now, there was food involved. Turns out that all the airboats that traveled in the area (and there are a lot of them) stopped and gave the raccoons a treat. Raccoons can be very destructive and they can carry rabies but seeing these all together had a cute factor. *grin* I am glad that I didn’t have to deal with them other than taking photos. With photo taking over for everyone onboard, we flew through the Everglades spraying water behind. Cute, huh?Camera: Nikon D7100 – Lens: Nikon 18-300mm

Glad that you stopped by my self-project of a photo a day for 365 days. If this is your first time to my site and you wonder what this 365 days of photos is all about, click HERE to read the original post. Settings are added to the photos so that I can remember what I’ve used and can see if any future photos done with other settings turn out better or worse. Remember, this project is all about my learning more about photography.
Check out E-liz Treasures to see what my friend in Maine is doing with her daily photos.
Comments are always welcomed. I would love to hear from you.
