Glad that you are enjoying it. I have been a bit lazy about updating it this summer but we will be heading south soon again for the winter and I should update more often. We had a home in Charleston, Maine until we sold it in 2010 so now we spend out summers at our camp on Nicatous and the winters "somewhere" down south. Have a great winter. We stay at the Lodge frequently, so it was interesting to see your posts about lunch there and at Jack's. Then I spotted the outer banks page. We were there last spring too, and it was amazing! We live in Stonington, ME, so the OBX was nice for spring when the weather was cold here, and Nicatous Lake and the Lodge are really nice for warm water swimming and relaxing. The man has all sorts of array to chose from. The chowder is to die for and the endless choices of burgers, clams cakes, steak n cheese, chicken sandwiches, homemade fries and hmmmmm the chili is all you could ever ask for. Never thought eating so good could happen on the trail. Stop by Jacks if you have the chance. I will be back. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!! If you want excellent food stop at Jacks.
