Welcome to day 361 of 365 photos...the evening sky was simply spectacular tonight. Mr. B got home from Durham around 4 PM and wanted a coffee so we went for an afternoon drive to Dunkin' Donuts. We got his coffee and did a couple of errands and I started looking for something to photograph. I didn't know what that something would be. We drove through Swansboro and nothing popped and I had had a long day so we headed home. The sun had just set by the time we went past the shrimp boats ... 365 photos - I started this project to enhance my photo skills. It was challenging and time-consuming but I did it. Looking back at the project, I think it was well worth my while.

Here is what our bluebird house looks like:Camera: Nikon D7100 – Lens: Nikon 18-300mm Focal Length: 112mm – Aperture: ... Click to continue reading & see more photos
Welcome to day 357 of 365 photos...this mourning dove was all fluffed up in the little bit of sun we had this morning. It was chilly this morning but not nearly as bad as yesterday. I took this through the window today because I didn't feel well enough to go out for a photo. How can a cold make someone feel so miserable? *sigh* Hopefully, the zinc, vitamin C and the honey and lemon tea will break it up quick.Did you know:
